On the other hand, new quality productive forces represented by strategic emerging industries are rising, bringing new employment opportunities for college students. Based on big data from recruitment platforms, this article deeply analyzes the prominent problems and reasons of the current college student employment market. Policy recommendations are proposed from the perspectives of demand side, supply side, and supply-demand matching. The relevant conclusions not only help to grasp the current dynamics of the college student employment market, but also provide strong data support and scientific basis for promoting the matching of supply and demand of college students, promoting high quality and full employment, and helping the government formulate relevant policies.

High levels of government trust are the psychological foundation for promoting public cooperation, which can reduce administrative operating costs and help maintain social harmony and stability. Through literature review and data analysis, this study summarizes cultural psychology,central-local performance differences, and mass communication are the three main influential factors of hierarchical government trust. The research results show that authoritarian values are positively correlated with hierarchical government trust. Higher local economic performance can bridge the psychology of hierarchical government trust. Newspapers have a significantly negative impact on hierarchical government trust, while new media exerts a significantly positive impact. To further enhance the level of government trust and reduce the negative effects of hierarchical government trust, this study presents the following policy suggestions and implications. First, this study suggests that the government could pay attention to cultivating a culture of trust on the basis of improving governance performance. Second, this study indicates that the government could promote channels for public opinion expression and improve government responsiveness. Third, this study suggests that the government could modify mass communication strategies and optimize the structure of government trust.

Based on established definitions in international academia, this study divides the sense of place into three dimensions:attachment, identity, and dependence. Drawing on a survey of 1054 respondents, this study employs item analysis, exploratory factor analysis, and confirmatory factor analysis to rigorously evaluate the designed items. Utilizing the validated measurement tool,it investigates the relationship between a sense of place and various forms of community participation behaviors among residents. The results show that residents’ identity with a place significantly promotes various community participation behaviors, while functional dependence stimulates residents’willingness to participate and increases their focus on rights-related actions. However, compared to identity and dependence, place attachment,as an emotional connection and support, has a less clear impact on residents’ community participation behaviors. In fact,it may even have a negative effect on participation behaviors under external pressure.

Realizing the “two-way travel” between cities and youth is the core of the youth development city. The existing studies have paid more attention to the one-way perspective of city support policies for youthbut not enough attention to the leading and participatory role of youth in cities. Based on the perspective oftwo-way travel”,this paper uses the analytical framework of structural theory to reveal the theoretical connotation and characteristics of youth development cities from the level ofstructure-action interactionincluding the two interaction dimensions ofcities are more friendly to youth” at the structural level and “youth are more productive in cities” at the actor level. The index system includes 6 first-level indicators17 second-level indicators and 57 third-level indicatorswith the help of the AHP-entropy weight method to set the weightscoupling coordination model is used to analyze the coupling coordination level of urban development and youth development. At presenthigh-quality construction of youth development cities should make great efforts in the four key points of planning youth careers, responding to youth needspromoting youth contributionsand drawing youth portraitsand strive to transform youth development cities fromconstruction drawings” to “real scene paintings”.

Supply-side structural reform is an important hand to achieve the “double carbon” goal,so the optimal allocation of supply-side factors is of great significance to the formulation of carbon emission and emission reduction strategies. This paper takes the panel data from 2014 to 2022 as a sample, explores the group effect of supply-side factors on carbon emission intensity on the longitudinal axis of time, and characterizes the spatial distribution difference of group coverage through the dynamic QCA method. The study shows that supply-side factors have three combinations in reducing carbon emission intensity:the “single-factor” model, the “factor-institution” model and the“multi-factor” model, which are related to the “single-factor” model and the “multi- factor” model, respectively, match the implementation effects in the eastern, central, western and northeastern regions;energy intensity plays a dominant role in lowering carbon intensity in the eastern and northeastern regions;and different carbon intensity-driven effects lead to differentiated combinations of supply-side factors.

Inter-provincial Government Services is an important measure to promote the flow of production factors and optimize government services. Based on 95 provincial-level policy texts, the study employs Proceduralised Grounded Theory to construct the “logic of promoting Inter-provincial Government Services”. Under the guidance of“objective concepts”,each province adopts a“gradual promotion” strategy and uses “collaborative promotion” as a means, following the requirements of“standardized development”. With support in terms of material resources, talent, technology, policy, and data, they complete the relevant matters of “Inter-provincial Government Services” online and offline. The study proposes suggestions for the cooperative mechanism, dynamic management, and data foundation to guide further development of Inter-provincial Government Services.
