    The recovery and prosperity of the concert market, the trend of concert  market penetration into lower-tier cities,and the deep integration of performance and tourism industries have brought prosperity to the industry while also exposing many real constraints. The chaos in the ticket market led to difficulties in purchasing and refunding tickets,the non-humanized selection of venues and infrastructure management,the lack of approval and professional ethics in performance content,not only reflects many defects in industry supervision and market mechanisms,but also exposes structural problems in cultural industry governance. Therefore,it is necessary to promote the continuous optimization of China’s business environment for cultural industries and enhance its international competitiveness by strengthening the supervision and governance mechanisms of the ticket market,optimizing the selection of venues and facilities,and improving the approval and professional ethics of performance content.

    In the process of reshaping the geospatial pattern and reconstructing the regional governance systemas an important mode of regional economic developmentthe enclave park can realize resource allocation and industry transfer by breaking through the restrictions of administrative planningand promote mutual benefits. How to continuously optimize the business environment of enclave parks has become an important issue in theory and practice. Based on the analysis of the responsibilities of the government in the construction of the business environment in the enclave parkit is found that the responsibilities of the enclave park management committee are expanding and have an impact on the regional coordination between the flying out and flying in areas. Based on the theory of holistic governanceit constructs a governance interlocking mechanism for the construction of business environment in enclave parks from the three dimensions ofgoals-organizations-technologies”,which includes building a performance community between the two governmentsexploring the optimal allocation of responsibilities between the governmentsand use digital technology to support cross domain collaborationin order to promote the continuous optimization of the business environment in the enclave park and assist in economic development and regional integration processes.

    International research organizations and domestic research centers and regions have proposed indicator systems for evaluating the rule of law environment. The evaluation indicators for the rule of law business environment should include a comprehensive,open,and equal legal system for business,a rule of law government with scientific and legal functions,full and lawful performance of duties,and legitimate and efficient procedures,as well as a judicial guarantee system that is independent,fair,and just in accordance with the law. The indicator system for the rule of law business environment in platform economy should include five primary indicators,25 secondary indicators,and 79 tertiary indicators:legal system environment,platform regulatory environment,anti-monopoly regulatory environment,data security environment,and rights protection environment. By continuously optimizing the business environment,we will promote the high-quality development of China’s platform economy towards innovation,openness,standardization,and win-win.

    China’s development of child-friendly communities is still in its early stages,especially in urban villages where activity spaces for migrant children are lacking. Social work organizations play a crucial role in this process,with recognized expertise in community constructing, which can get involved the construction of child-friendly community. This study examines the “Xiaohe’s Home” project by X Social Work Station in Q Village as a case study,using Actor-Network Theory,highlights the translation logic in constructing child-friendly spaces and analyzes the challenges in the construction of child-friendly spaces within,between,and outside the actors involved. Recommendations are provided to guide social workers in constructing similar spaces in urban villages.
    A Study on the Supply Models of Community Public Services—Take Two Types of Community Canteens as Examples

    Community canteens is a community public service. The study constructs a policy-oriented layout-social consideration binary analysis framework from the perspective of supply,taking two types of community canteens located in the same street town as examples. The study finds that:compared with the government-led model of community public service supply,the resident-led model of community public service supply has achieved better supply effects. Both supply methods involve social participation, professional operation,and mass evaluation,but the resident-led supply method has the following three advantages. First,the government moves from the “front stage” to the “back stage”,avoiding the government’s excessive consideration of its own performance and less consideration of the market attributes of enterprises and the pursuit of profits,which affects the sustainable supply of public services. Second,social forces move from “supporting roles” to “leading roles”,which can not only reduce the governments pressure in fiscal and service efficiency aspects but also give full play to the initiative and professionalism of social forces. Third,community residents move from “passive” to “active”,making the supply of public services shift from one-way delivery and unilateral action to active participation and two-way interaction.
    Comparison and Prospect of Domestic and Foreign Mobile Government Research:Bibliometric Analysis Based on CNKI and WOS

    Mobile government has emerged as a crucial element of national governance. A comparative analysis of the current status of domestic and foreign mobile government research will help optimize domestic research paradigms and improve digital governance capabilities. By analyzing research efforts on mobile government from CNKI and WOS core database and utilizing knowledge mapping drawn by CiteSpace and VOSviewer,this study conducted a bibliometric analysis and comparison of domestic and foreign research. The results show that:ⅰ) Looking at the overall trend,domestic research, although started later,has experienced rapid and expansive development. Foreign research has shown a consistent upward trend,peaking during the COVID-19. Domestic and foreign research has progressed through four stages:embryonic stage,development stage,maturity stage and innovation stage. ⅱ) Both domestic and foreign scholar cooperation networks remain relatively loose. However,highly productive domestic scholars have led the development of the academic groups. Collaboration among different entities in the“industry-university-research” framework has promoted the application of mobile government technology and products in practical fields. However,highly productive foreign scholars are outside the academic groups. China and the United States have emerged as key players in mobile government research. ⅲ) There are obvious differences in the research topics. Domestic research focuses on foundational technology of mobile government, while foreign research emphasis on public acceptance of mobile government. Based on these findings, future research can progress continuously in four aspects:grounding itself in the development practices in China and narrating compelling theoretical stories,focusing on micro-level practical experiences and conducting research using diverse paradigms,encouraging interdisciplinary studies to promote the flow of knowledge innovation,and actively participating in international cooperation to consistently enhance global influence.

    Driving Path Analysis of “Post-90s” Employees Innovation Behaviours under Multi-factors Linkage Effect—Based on NCA and fsQCA Methods

    “Post-90s” employees have grown up to be the backbone of organizational development,and we pay attention to the driving path of their innovation behaviors in order to improve organizational innovation capability. Based on AMO theory,we sorted out the factors influencing employees innovation behaviors and developed a combined questionnaire with a 5-factor outcome scale. The NCA and fsQCA methods were used to analyze the recovered data and explore the driving paths of the innovation behaviors of“Post-90s” employees in enterprises. It is found that there are three types of paths of high innovation behaviors of “Post-90s” employees,namely,“organizational support and ability stimulation type”,“organizational justice and ability driving type”,and “organizational care and support type”; while there are two types of non-high innovation behaviors,namely,“organizational care and ability constraints type” and “organizational care and ability motivation deficiency type”. Based on this,we propose management suggestions for the innovation motivation of “Post-90s” employees in enterprises.
