Dynamic Interaction: the Relationship between Government and Society from the Perspective of Resource Dependence ——A Public Welfare and Environmental Protection Promotion Association as Example

Abstract: The literature has pointed out that there are differentiated interactions between government and different types of social organizations. Through the longitudinal investigation of the typical environmental protection social organization L, it is found that even the same type of social organization, as the degree of resource dependence changes, the interactive relationship between the two parties will also change accordingly, showing the characteristics of dynamic interaction. In the life course of the organization, such as start-up, rising cohesion, and collaborative development, the interactive relationship between the two parties presented in turn"passive absorption”and“absolute control”,“active embedding”and“support and control”,cooperation and co-governance”and“equal consultation”. In the context of multiple cogovernance in social governance, the government needs to use dynamic interaction to promote the healthy and sustainable development of social organizations.
