摘要:

组织人工智能采纳是组织决策层综合考虑人工智能对组织各方面的影响,权衡判断后做出采纳决策的过程,专指组织在其业务中首次采纳人工智能。随着数字化进程的推进,组织面临复杂的人工智能采纳决策问题,这成为学界和业界共同关注的热点话题。鉴于此,本文首先明确组织人工智能采纳的概念内涵和发展背景,辨析了技术采纳、组织人工智能使用等易混淆的概念;其次,在归纳总结现有文献的同时,系统性地构建组织人工智能采纳的研究框架,其中包含组织人工智能采纳的理论基础、前因、后果及作用机制;最后,进一步梳理研究结论,并基于此提出管理启示,以及未来组织人工智能采纳领域新的研究方向。

Abstract:

Organizational AI adoption refers to the decision-making process of organizational leadership,which involves considering the overall benefits and drawbacks of AI on various aspects of the organization,weighing judgments,and ultimately making adoption decisions. It focuses on the process of organizations initially adopting AI technology in their operations. In the context of the continuous advancement of digitization,organizations are facing the hotly debated topic of how to implement and adopt complex artificial intelligence in both academic and industry circles. Based on those above,firstly,this paper clarifies the concept and development background of organizational AI adoption,and distinguishes similar concepts such as technology adoption and AI usage. Secondly,while summarizing existing literatures,this paper systematically integrates a research framework for organizational AI adoption,including the theoretical basis,antecedents,consequences,and mechanisms of organizational AI adoption. Finally,this paper further consolidates the research conclusions and provides practical insights for managers based on the conclusions,thereby suggesting future research directions for the field of organizational AI adoption.
