Enterprise digital transformation is accelerating, and we review the literature on enterprise digital transformation and discuss in depth the concept of enterprise digital transformation and the measurement method of transformation degree. The digital transformation of enterprises covers four aspects：digitization of products and businesses，digitization of business models，digitization of organizational structures，and digitization of corporate strategies. The effect of enterprise digital transformation is mainly to reduce costs and increase efficiency，optimize decision-making and create new value. Three methods were used to measure the degree of digital transformation of enterprises: scale method，index method and text analysis method. The article concludes with a discussion of future research perspectives. The research in this paper is valuable for grasping the concept of enterprise digital transformation and promoting the in-depth research on the experience of enterprise digital transformation.
