摘要：

现代化都市圈，是现代化进程与区域协调发展战略时空交会的必然结果，既是探索现代化建设的重要空间载体，也是重塑空间治理动力系统的关键一环，更是引领城市群一体化发展的最强“硬核”。国家发改委批复规划语境下现代化都市圈体制机制创新，为建立健全现代化都市圈协同治理的体制机制提供重要依据和指向。要以战略思维、系统思维、协同思维和辩证思维推动现代化都市圈建设的思路创新，探索现代化都市圈协同治理的标准体系、组织管理、内涵领域、改革指向和工具载体等。

Abstract:

Modern metropolitan area is an important spatial carrier for exploring the modernization construction，a key link for reshaping the dynamic system of spatial governance，and the strongest “core” leading the integrated development of urban agglomeration. It is the product of the space-time intersection of modernization process and regional coordinated development strategy. The innovation of system and mechanism of modern metropolitan area in the context of planning approved by the National Development and Reform Commission provides important basis and direction for exploring the system and mechanism of coordinated governance of modern metropolitan area. We should use strategic thinking，systematic thinking，cooperative thinking and dialectical thinking to promote the innovation of the construction of modern metropolis area，and innovate the index system，organization management，connotation field，reform direction，and tool carrier of the cooperative governance of modern metropolis area.
