Abstract:

Scientific and technological innovation and administration of people's livelihood have a high degree of consistency, which is reflected in the service object, the cognition and deepening of policies, technical methods, and service goals. From the perspective of responsibility endowment, multi-subject-driven, technology "soft environment" administration, and technology promotion and transformation of network resources are the "embedded" paths of technological innovation to help people's livelihood administration. From the perspective of value ethics, the meaning of people's livelihood administration value, the initiative ability stimulation and administration of system management are the "infiltration" path of technological innovation to help improve people's livelihood. Technological innovation to help people's livelihood administration needs to break through the bottleneck of the transformation of scientific and technological achievements, the integration of scientific and technological innovation and people's livelihood, and build a scientific and technological innovation ecosystem in the field of people's livelihood.
