Abstract: Government affairs APP combines the advantages of government microblog, WeChat convenience and government website aggregation, which is an important tool to promote the work of "Internet+government affairs service". Taking Changsha city as an example, from the three directions of government, user and APP architecture, and from the dimensions of content update, service efficiency and interactive response, the current situation of local government APP construction was investigated and analyzed, and problems such as blind development, serious formalism, poor security performance and zombification of application were found. Under the background of "Internet+government services", local government APPs need to make full efforts from the construction, application and management levels, innovate the way of government services and improve the level of government services.
