摘要: 人格特质和员工幸福感关系密切,具备相对健全、成熟的人格特质是心理健康的基础,也是获得主观幸福感和心理幸福感的重要条件。在人力资源管理领域,幸福感让员工对企业有更高的认同感和忠诚度,会显著提高企业的效益。要获得持续幸福感,员工必须具备众多人格要素,包括提高自我意识,明确人生目标,拥有积极的思维方式,运用成熟的防御机制,追求自尊自强,形成良好的人际关系等。

Abstract:

There is a close relationship between personality traits and employeeshappiness. A relatively sound and mature personality is the basis of mental health and an important condition for obtaining subjective well-being and psychological well-being. In the field of human resource managementhappiness makes employees have a higher sense of identity and loyalty to the enterprisewhich will significantly improve the efficiency of the enterprise. To achieve sustainable happinessemployees must possess a number of personality elementsincluding improving self-awarenessdefining life goalshaving a positive way of thinkingusing mature defense mechanismspursuing self-respect and self-improvementand forming good interpersonal relationships.
