Abstract: Based on the economic theory and technical theory of the digital platform ecosystem and the digital platform economic governance theory, this paper tries to explore the theoretical basis, current situation and role, deficiencies and challenges, countermeasures and suggestions of the development of digital platform enterprises in China, by using the “theory-policy-rules” and “history-present-future” evolutionary synthesis-dynamic analysis method. In order to change the difficult situation of the development of digital platform enterprises, Chinese government and enterprises should consider holistic and systematic measures, establish a sound ecological system, create a sound regulatory system, promote a healthy digital economy system, establish an effective anti-monopoly competition system, etc.
