Abstract:

Environmental discourse is mainly used to express the political cognition，experience and perception of the proper relationship between a country and the natural environment that sustains its existence. Based on the analytical paradigm of historical institutionalism, this paper combs the evolution of the Communist Party of China’s environmental political discourse expression from the perspective of historical view and the context of time，which roughly goes through four stages：potential expression，abstract expression, concrete expression and systematic expression. Environmental political discourse in each stage has both inheritance and development. After continuous exploration, the expression of environmental political discourse in the conceptual category constantly seeks to fit the core and context，and in the narrative logic，the methods and skills of interpretation are constantly improved. From the standpoint of discourse，it tends to strengthen the international discourse power in the construction of ecological civilization. In the process of‘breaking’ and‘establishing’，it promoted the innovation of the Communist Party of China’s environmental political discourse system.
