Abstract:

Culture is an important content of the core values of socialism and the construction of spiritual civilization，it is also an important support for the national spirit，national image and soft power, which plays an irreplaceable role in modern state governance. Culture can be the object and object of governance or the tool and path of governance，the uniqueness of culture determines its important value in national governance. From the perspective of national governance，the uniqueness and value of culture are mainly reflected in tools and economic values based on cultural commodities and ideological attributes，the rule and leadership value based on cultural integration and leapfrog，the cognition and humanistic value based on cultural dominance and radiation，the gene and reference value based on cultural nationality and history. A full understanding of the uniqueness of culture can effectively play the role and value of culture in national governance，and then better promote the realization of the Chinese dream and national rejuvenation.
