Abstract:

At the present stage，there are still some problems in the community TCM health services，such as the formalization of the promotion of the concept of“preventive treatment of disease”in TCM，the non-specialization of TCM health services, and the instrumentalization of TCM appropriate technology development. The development path of community TCM health service governance is to establish a long-term extension about application of TCM appropriate technology by adjusting the price of basic TCM health service，implementing standardized training of TCM appropriate technology，establishing an evaluation system for TCM appropriate technology promotion，and actively promoting the transformation of TCM scientific research results；and promote the professionalization of TCM health education services in the community by encouraging popularization activities of TCM health care，promoting TCM culture propaganda and carrying out TCM health care characteristic services；and form a personalized TCM health intervention strategy by introducing TCM health examinations，strengthening grassroots TCM chronic disease management and focusing on TCM for key groups Health car. Promoting the intelligent development of community TCM health services and adhering to the livelihood orientation of TCM support policies has become an innovative turn for community TCM health service governance.
