Abstract:

 Auxiliary government work，as an important part of governing the country，plays an important role in staffing assistance，scientific and rational decision-making, and consulting consultants. The auxiliary government work has a long history in Chinese history. During the development process，it also showed different states and characteristics as the dynasties changed. The wisdom of the ancients in ruling the country and governing the country is part of our experience worth learning from. This paper is based on the ancient Chinese political management system，and re-examines the entire ancient political system with three functional indicators of “ruling politics-dominant government-auxiliary government”. First of all，through the definition，structural analysis and historical status presentation of the three major systems，this  paper aims to clarify the operation mode of the ancient Chinese political management system.Secondly，this paper wants to further deepen the composition of the auxiliary government system, its historical development status, and its historical context. Finally, it explores the “gains and losses” of ancient auxiliary systems to provide inspiration and reference for the current auxiliary government work.
