Abstract:

 Secretarial science as a professional development has been nearly 40 years，scholars have conducted a lot of research on it，and achieved fruitful results，but in recent years，the research heat is not rising but falling，how to break through the research bottleneck to find the innovation point has become the focus of the academic community. Based on the 943 journal literatures in CNKI，this paper uses CiteSpace software for visual analysis，and briefly reviews the exploration process and practical application of secretarial studies by scholars in the past 40 years，and further explores the publication time and quantity of literatures. For keywords，authors，institutions and research hotspots for clustering analysis，the trend of study on forecast，put forward facing difficulties and the exploration direction of the future，based on this put forward to build high quality research platform，strengthen the cooperation between researchers and institutions, increase the intensity of secretarial science high-level personnel training development suggestions，in order to find a breakthrough for the future development of secretarial science.
