Abstract:

The reforms to streamline administration and delegate power，improve regulation，and upgrade services is an important starting point for China to promote the transformation of government functions. This paper uses CiteSpace V software to make a visual analysis of the literatures related to the reform of delegation，regulation and service in the Chinese Social Science Citation Index（CSSCI） database，Science Citation Index（SCI） database and the core journal database of Peking University collected by CNKI from 1998 to 2022. On the whole，the literature on the reform of delegation，regulation and service shows an upward trend，and the fluctuation of the literature quantity coincides with the policy changes and the development path of reform. The core research team has taken shape，but there are relatively few scholars with recognized representativeness and influence who focus on the reform，and the infrequent exchanges between scholars. The overall research strength compared with the importance of the reform is still insufficient. The Society of China Public Administration is the most influential research institution in the reform of delegation，regulation and service.The research focuses on key words such as“streamline administration and delegate power”，“upgrade services” and “doing business”. The changing time of the research hotspots coincides with the change of economic new normality.
