Abstract:

Under the background of The State Council’s promotion of inter-provincial government services，the integration of inter-provincial government services in self-service terminals has become a new exploration of optimizing models in some regions，and four construction modes have been formed：mutual conveying type, mutual building type，absorption conveying type and absorption building type. The universal self-service terminal not only provides efficient and convenient self-services，but also realizes data sharing and standard consistency，improves cross-regional cooperation capability，and fully saves administrative costs. Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region，through the construction of the“ mutual conveying type” inter-provincial cooperation mechanism，realizes the inter-provincial exchange and mutual construction of self-service terminals，significantly promotes the improvement of the effectiveness and service level of inter-regional cooperation on government services，benefits enterprises and the public，and accumulates experience for the ultimate realization of the“accessed via one website” national government services.
