Abstract:

Along with rapid economic development and social transformation，unitary society gradually dissolves and the role of community as a unit of social governance gradually comes to the fore，while problems such as tendency of community administration and insufficient participation of residents lead to slow modernization of community governance capacity. In such a context，a collaborative governance model highlighting the mutual cooperation of multiple governance subjects such as social work organizations has become an important exploration in local practice. Taking the S community in Chengdu city as an example, this study analyzes the community collaborative governance subjects by rationalizing the role functions of the community pluralistic subjects，and further elaborates the synergistic relationship among the governance subjects，so as to explore how social workers can build a collaborative mechanism among the pluralistic subjects under the guidance of collaborative governance theory.
