Abstract:

Promoting economic and trade growth through financial management innovation reform is an important development direction of China's free trade area (port). Based on the international perspective and based on the perspective of comprehensive comparative research, this paper first analyzes the financial management policies of Singapore, Dubai and Hong Kong, China, from four aspects: financial management model, tax preference, financial supervision and financial innovation. Secondly, combined with the current situation of financial management in Shanghai Free Trade Zone, this paper analyzes the problems existing in Shanghai Free Trade Zone in the management mode of financial development, financial market and talents, international resource allocation and spillover effects, as well as financial supervision. Finally, based on the international financial management experience of the three major free trade ports in the world, this paper puts forward relevant financial management countermeasures and suggestions for Shanghai Free Trade Zone in the following four aspects: simplifying political power, speeding up financial market reform, establishing international financial trading platform and actively promoting the development of digital finance.
