Abstract:  Jiuxi Writings belongs to the enactment writing in the ancient edicts, which rose in the Han Dynasty, developed in the Wei and Jin Dynasties, and gradually declined after maturing in the Southern and Northern Dynasties.Ceweigong Jiuxi Writing is the most famous masterpiece of Jiuxi Writings in history. This article can glimpse the complicated political connotation and unique stylistic characteristics of Jiuxi Writings, reflecting the close connection between document writing and political operation. Jiuxi Writings played an important role in the change of historical dynasties. As most of the creations of later generations followed PAN Xu’s writing styles and lacked innovation, Jiuxi Writings eventually became a textual paving for the seizure of power by officials.
