Abstract:

From the perspective of text theory，official document is management discourse and ideographical practice that is written and fixed in official activities by various social organizations. It is not only a static language production，but also a dynamic speech act，which has the characteristics of content practicability，style regulation，structure multiplicity，processing procedure and so on. This also determines the research field of official document，which is composed of a series of problem domains with dynamic and static combination and multi-dimensional relationship. Therefore，when selecting research methods, we should fully consider the characteristics of official document and the needs of the research problem， innovatively select and apply various methods such as systematic scientific research，interdisciplinary research comparative research，qualitative text research，etc. Through the continuous questioning and exploration of questions，we can promote the production，innovation and development of theoretical knowledge of official document.
