Abstract: Public Institutions play an important role in the progress of our country，and the reform of income distribution in institutions is also continuing. Combining with the problems and current situation of income distribution of public institutions in all provinces and cities in China，we need to start from the points of top-level design，industry classification and total amount control，and then deepen the reform of income distribution mechanism of existing public institutions，and further explore innovative reform ideas suitable for Chinas current development stage，taking income distribution as the key start point. We can further the exploration and research.
