摘要：

档案数字化管理师是随着数字经济发展和社会劳动分工而出现的一种新职业。档案数字化管理师的职业内涵决定了其能力结构，而能力结构是档案数字化管理师开展工作、实现职业发展的基础。随着职业前景的不断拓展和变化，档案数字化管理师的职业内涵和能力结构也需要不断更新和完善。只有不断适应新的职业需求和档案行业发展趋势，才能更好地发挥档案数字化管理师的作用和价值。

Abstract:

Archive digitization technician is a new occupation that has emerged with the development of the digital economy and the division of labor in society. The occupational connotation determines occupation competence framework，which is the foundation for archive digitization technician to be competent in the work and achieve career development. With the continuous expansions and changes in career prospects，the occupational connotation and competence framework of archive digitization technician also need to be constantly updated and improved. Only by constantly adapting to new social needs and the development trends of the archival industry，the value of archive digitization technician can be better realize.
