摘要:

公职人员工作适应是一个重要的理论和实践问题。学界就此在概念内涵、影响因素、测量维度等方面形成了一些有价值的研究成果,但基于中国场景的研究还存在一些问题:基于国情的公职人员工作适应基础理论研究薄弱;公职人员工作适应测量指标的选取存在不足;对公职人员职业生涯中、后期工作适应缺乏研究。未来研究可以从四个方面继续深化:深化基于国情的公职人员工作适应理论研究;加强公职人员工作适应测量工具研究;加强对公职人员职业生涯中、后期工作适应的研究;推进研究视角和研究方法的创新。

Abstract:

The work adaptation of civil servants is an important theoretical and practical problem. So farthe academic circle has formed some valuable research results on this issue from the spects of concept connotation,O influencing factorsmeasurement dimensions and so on. Howeverthere are still some problems in the research on the work adaptation of public servants based on the Chinese scenemainly includingthe theoretical basis of the work adaptation of public servants based on national conditions is weakthere are some deficiencies in the selection of measuring indexes for the work adaptation of civil servantsthere is insufficient research on the adaptation of civil servants to work during the middle and late stages of a career. The future research can be further deepened from four aspectsdeepening the theoretical research on the work adaptation of civil servants based on national conditionsstrengthen the research of measuring tools for civil servantsadaptation to workstrengthen the study of the work adaptation of civil servants in their whole careerpromote the innovation of research perspective and research method.
