摘要：

社区参与式治理是一个时代的命题，通过共享行为促进参与是提升社区治理能力的有效路径。共享可以是目的，也可以是手段。共享经济的迅速发展为促进社区参与式治理提供了实践的可能。在社区共享平台中，最典型的当数微信小程序、微信群、朋友圈等。社区共享平台的公共性和便捷舒适特征对促进社区参与具有显著的正面效应，南京市鼓楼区宝塔桥街道的“邻里帮”社区云治理平台为社区共享平台促进社区参与式治理提供了生动直观的实践案例。

Abstract:

Community participatory governance is a proposition of our times，and promoting participation through shared behavior is a path to enhance community governance. Sharing can be both an end and a means. The rapid development of the sharing economy has provided operational possibilities for promoting community participatory governance. Among the community sharing platforms，the most typical ones are applets，WeChat groups and Moments based on WeChat platforms. The public and convenient features of community sharing platforms have a significant positive effect on promoting community participation. The Neighborhood Mutual Assistance Community Cloud Governance Platform in Baotaqiao Street，Gulou District，Nanjing provides a vivid and intuitive practical case for promoting community participation through sharing platforms.
