Abstract:

Huashi Xin Yizhuang Brief mainly focuses on the preparation of Huashi Xin Yizhuang（similar to today’s charitable foundation）and the application for“official registration and approval”. It has preserved the basic appearance of the Qing Dynasty documents completely. By reasonably interpreting the structure and content of official documents, this article can roughly reconstruct the administrative operation trajectory of the entire government affair，providing reference significance for studying the structure of Qing Dynasty documents，the relationship between their movements，and the government process of applying for official registration for public welfare projects such as the Yizhuang.
