Abstract:

With the development of emerging information technology，the use of digital governance technology to improve the efficiency of urban public services has become the development direction of urban governance modernization in the new era.This study takes the Hongmiaoling waste governance project in Fuzhou as a case，analyzes the reform and innovation process of urban domestic waste governance，and forms a“digital+ collaborative”linkage governance framework based on the SFIC collaborative governance model. According to the research，digital technology continues to affect the whole process of collaborative governance of urban domestic waste，and puts forward new requirements for collaborative governance of urban domestic waste. It is necessary to balance the relationship between collaborative subjects，collaborative processes and collaborative technologies，and promote the in-depth integration of big data governance technology and collaborative governance of urban domestic waste. At the same time，the external driving force of the digital engine and the internal  driving force of the collaborative governance process can effectively and meticulously improve the efficiency of urban domestic waste management and promote the development of urban  governance.
