摘要：

随着大数据时代的到来，高校数字化转型持续推进，空间数据的数量持续增长，价值巨大。对内的价值体现在教育、管理和服务方面，对外的价值体现在政策、资源和声誉方面。因此，对空间数据进行有效管理显得尤为重要。本文按照数据资产的管理模式梳理空间数据资产的相关概念、内外价值，以及空间数据资产化的目标、内容和实施步骤，对高校空间数据的资产化管理提出展望。

Abstract:

With the advent of the era of big data，the university digitization continues to advance. and the volume of spatial data continues to grow，and its value is enormous. The internal value contains education，management and services，and the external value contains policies，resources and reputation. Therefore，the effective management of spatial data is particularly important. According to the management model of data assets, this paper introduces the concepts of spatial data assets，the internal and external values，as well as the goals，contents and implementation steps of capitalizing spatial data. Prospects are put forward for the capitalization development of spatial data in colleges and universities.
