摘要：

数据安全是高校的生命线，关乎高校的稳定与发展。当前，在内外部人为、制度、技术、环境等多重风险因子耦合作用下，高校数据安全面临的风险挑战越来越大。文章基于生命周期理论和风险耦合模型，面向高校数据的采集与归集、传输、存储、处理、共享与开放、销毁等全过程，从人为、制度、技术、环境等多维度对高校数据安全的风险进行溯源，并构建全要素耦合、全方位、全链条、全时段的高校数据安全立体化预警监测与安全防护体系。

Abstract:

Data security is the lifeline of colleges and universities，which is related to the stability and development of colleges and universities. At present，under the coupling effect of multiple risk factors such as internal and external human，system，technology and environment，data security in universities is facing more and more risk challenges. Based on the life cycle theory and risk coupling model，the article aims at the whole process of collecting，transmitting，storing，processing，sharing and disclosing，destroying about university data，tracing the risks of university data security from human，system，technology and environment，and constructing a multidimensional early warning monitoring and security protection system for university data security which is coupled with all elements，all-round，all chain and all time.
