    Research on the Concept and Measurement of Enterprise Digital Transformation

    Enterprise digital transformation is accelerating, and we review the literature on enterprise digital transformation and discuss in depth the concept of enterprise digital transformation and the measurement method of transformation degree. The digital transformation of enterprises covers four aspects:digitization of products and businesses,digitization of business models,digitization of organizational structures,and digitization of corporate strategies. The effect of enterprise digital transformation is mainly to reduce costs and increase efficiency,optimize decision-making and create new value. Three methods were used to measure the degree of digital transformation of enterprises: scale method,index method and text analysis method. The article concludes with a discussion of future research perspectives. The research in this paper is valuable for grasping the concept of enterprise digital transformation and promoting the in-depth research on the experience of enterprise digital transformation.

    Finance is the core of modern economy,and the national strategy of integrated development of Yangtze River Delta has put forward new requirements for financial support in the region. Firstly,this paper sorts out the connotation and status quo of high-quality integration in the Yangtze River Delta from the perspective of new structural economics. Secondly,this paper analyzes the status of financial support for high-quality integration in the Yangtze River Delta. Furthermore,by constructing a “diamond model”,it analyzes the path of financial support for the high-quality integration of the Yangtze River Delta. The “diamond model” presents the structural characteristics of “4×1”:“4” refers to the four financial models with unique characteristics of three provinces and one city as four basic points to form the diamond plane;“×1” refers to high-quality regional financial cooperate to integrate the four modes into a “1” force to form a diamond apex. The “diamond model” supports the high-quality integrated development of the Yangtze River Delta by leveraging the comparative advantages of local finance based on the factor endowment structure, while creating integrated advantages formed by regional financial cooperation. Finally,based on the perspective of new structural economics,this paper puts forward policy suggestions on financial support for high-quality integration in the Yangtze River Delta.

     At present, the total amount of digital trade in Shanghai is increasing but the growth rate is slowing down. Building the rules of digital trade with high standards can provide opportunity and stimulus for the development of digital trade in Shanghai. Based on this,this paper  constructs the framework of digital trade rules based on the content of digital trade clauses in representative regional trade agreements,analyzes the characteristics and shortcomings of policies and measures implemented in Shanghai in the process of connecting digital trade rules,and finds that:Shanghai is actively linking rules and provisions in the areas of digital trade facilitation,international cooperation and regulation,and digital trade innovation,but exploring rules and provisions in the areas of reducing digital trade barriers,enhancing  consumer confidence,and network access and security is relatively less. Based on this put forward targeted policy suggestions.

    With the development of economy and society and the evolution of social form,community security construction has gradually become the key practice field of grass-roots governance. The grid management and centralized regulation,which were designed to temporarily break through the shackles of section management,have been difficult to cope with the rapidly increasing public security risks of grass-roots communities,and it is urgent to transform to a normalized governance mode. This paper takes community B as the starting point,and analyzes the governance mode innovation of community security construction led by Party building in district A of Shanghai through case study. The study found that in the practice of community public security governance,political party organizations have successfully established a long-term governance mechanism for community security problems by playing their leading core role,mobilizing and integrating various subjects,and resources to participate in community security construction,and realized the transformation from campaign-style governance to normalized governance. The research is helpful to deeply understand the occurrence basis and transformation of campaign-style governance,and how the party building leads the coordination between the departments and the society.

    Using CSS2019 data,this paper examines the impact of capital endowment on public service satisfaction,and discusses the mediating role of government role perception in the above relationship. The results show that economic capital in capital endowment has no significant impact on public service satisfaction,cultural capital will inhibit the improvement of public service satisfaction,and social capital will significantly affect public service satisfaction. At the same time,the publics cognition of the role of government plays a partial intermediary role in the relationship between their capital endowment and public service satisfaction. Individuals with different capital,especially social capital,have different preferences for the role of government,and indirectly affect public service satisfaction. To improve the satisfaction of public services,we should promote the transformation of public services to high-quality supply and precision,cultivate and give full play to the positive effects of social capital,guide the public to change their perception of the government role,and innovate the public service supply mechanism with the help of social groups.

    An official document is a speech act by which a social organization uses linguistic symbols to convey the meaning of management ideas. The intended meaning of an official document is always generated by the interaction between the discourse and its context. The context can limit, complement,and interpret the meaning-construction of the discourse. The successful realization of these contextual functions depends on the discursive context of the document as represented by the linguistic form. It also depends on the interplay of various contexts,such as the communicative context of a particular management event,the social management environment in which it takes place,and the cognitive framework of the subjects. Therefore,the context of the official document is a dynamic system composed of multiple contexts. This system’s constituent elements are both interrelated and interdependent,which provides the appropriate background conditions for the accurate expression and effective understanding of the meaning of the official document discourse.
    A Study of the Syntactic Characteristics of “ Structure in Opinions from the Perspective of Cognitive and Pragmatic Grammar

    Through the quantitative statistical analysis of opinions,this paper finds that the “Bǎ” structure has the following differences against general discourses: from the perspective of whole structure,the proportion of the internal components of a single sentence is higher than that of general discourses. From the perspective of syntactic components,“Bǎ” structures without subjects have dominance,and tend to choose “Jiāng” as prepositions;the objects can choose verb phrases;and the predicate part often choose verb-object phrases. These differences above are also the characteristics of the “Bǎ” structures in opinions. Behind the characteristics are the joint effects of pragmatic and cognitive motivations,of which the pragmatic communication scene of the opinion language as the pragmatic motivation is the main factor. These motivations put forward requirements on the use of language in the writing of official documents,and have certain guiding significance.
