Abstract: Rebuilding rural governance with digitalization and promoting rural “intelligent governance” is the latest development of “Fengqiao Experience” in the new era, and it is also one of the development directions for the modernization of grass-roots governance system and governance capacity. Based on the practical case of Fengqiao Town Governance Center, the theoretical system of digital reshaping rural governance is constructed from three dimensions of “structure-function-mechanism”, and two mechanisms of digital reshaping rural governance are analyzed, that is, empowerment mechanism and empowerment mechanism. On this basis, the realization path of digital reshaping rural governance is proposed from the aspects of system guarantee, resource integration, mechanism improvement and technical support.
