Abstract: The sustainable development of enterprises is becoming more and more important under the condition of rapid economic development. The Yellow River is our mother river. How to develop the resources of the Yellow River Basin efficiently has been an important task for China. Coal enterprises are the pillar enterprises of the energy base in the Yellow River Basin. Under the influence of supply-side structural reforms, traditional production and operation methods have been unable to meet the needs of future development, and transformation and upgrading are imminent. This article focuses on the specific path for the transformation of coal enterprises in the Yellow River Basin using digital technology, explains the advantages of digital technology in the transformation of coal enterprises, and through the construction of a model, the specific path of the enterprise’s digital transformation is elaborated.
