Development of the Middle-Income Stratum under the New Era

Abstract: China is pursuing the prosperity of the country and the happiness of the people. The new era calls for a future-oriented political construction. The main indicator for China to become a medium developed country with national self-improvement and happy people is to enter a new era (Chinese modernization) in which the size of the middle-income stratum is expanded to account for more than 50% of the population, around 750 million people. It is necessary to ensure that poverty alleviation and rural revitalization can be carried out in a sustainable way through institutional mechanisms, and to raise the income of the low-income group. Formulate policies and measures to support youth development and rational mobility, and encourage middle-income stratum to participate in various economic and cultural exchanges in remote areas. Smooth and expand the channels of social participation of middle-income stratum. The further establishment of legal beliefs will lead to a vibrant and innovative development of middle-developed society.
