Abstract:

The work adaptation of civil servants is an important theoretical and practical problem. So far，the academic circle has formed some valuable research results on this issue from the spects of concept connotation,O influencing factors，measurement dimensions and so on. However，there are still some problems in the research on the work adaptation of public servants based on the Chinese scene，mainly including：the theoretical basis of the work adaptation of public servants based on national conditions is weak；there are some deficiencies in the selection of measuring indexes for the work adaptation of civil servants；there is insufficient research on the adaptation of civil servants to work during the middle and late stages of a career. The future research can be further deepened from four aspects：deepening the theoretical research on the work adaptation of civil servants based on national conditions；strengthen the research of measuring tools for civil servants’ adaptation to work；strengthen the study of the work adaptation of civil servants in their whole career；promote the innovation of research perspective and research method.
