Research on Standardization of Local Policy Text and Intelligent Service Strategies Based on User Needs: Taking the Standardization of Policy Documents in Pinghu City as an Example

Abstract:

With the development of Chinese e-governmentlocalO government practice has achieved phased results. The number of policies issued by local governments is increasingand there are still many obstacles for users to obtain the policy documents they need quickly and effectively. In the context of local governments establishing government websites with different functional modules and information resource integration methodsstarting from meeting the needs of various users at different levelslengthy policy texts are structured and analyzedlocal policy texts are standardizedand government service labels are optimized. It is convenient for government officials to quickly formulate documents through keywords and templatesand store the documents in a structured mannerso that users can automaticallyquickly and effectively obtain policies forming a matching mechanism for policy documents from the supply side to the demand side. The last mile for people is an inevitable demand for the development of local government services. By studying the standardization of policy texts and the integration of government information resourcesthis paper explores how to match effective government data information through user portraits, and provides suggestions for local governments to realize standardized management of government servicesthereby improving government service efficiency and user satisfaction.
