Echoes with resilience governance，integrates resilience governance concepts and evaluation into the scope of urban public goods supply，highlights the reserves，adaptation and response capabilities of urban public goods to face various risk challenges，and builds urban public goods based on resilience creativity and participating subjects unique content structure of resilience function，focusing on the interaction between economic investment，target construction，organizational services and environmental protection，and through a typical case to explain the resilience function and content structure of urban public goods.
