Abstract: This article combed our country contemporary well-known scholar CHANG Chongyi's secretarial science research ideas, summarized it as a theory of "secretarial science is the science of secretary work", expounded its contribution and limitation to Chinese secretary theory, and then reflected the influence and enlightenment to Chinese contemporary secretarial science.
