Abstract:

Employee satisfaction is an individual employee’s attitude and emotional reflection on work. Medical personnel are an important human resource of the hospital，and their job satisfaction affects the quality and efficiency of medical and health services.O This study takes the medical personnel of a third class hospital in Shanghai as the survey object，and uses the methods of interview and questionnaire to understand and analyze the satisfaction of medical staff of different ages, positions and professional titles in terms of work pressure，practice environment, organization coordination and communication，salary and welfare，organizational identity and sense of belonging，finds the reasons affecting the satisfaction of medical staff，and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to improve the satisfaction of medical workers in public hospitals from both the internal and external aspects.
